Experience
Rob is a trial attorney with extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, employment matters, and real estate issues.
He represents a wide variety of privately held companies as a trusted advisor and legal resource on business, employment, and litigation matters, as well as on questions pertaining to legal issues that arise during the day-to-day operations of a business.
He also represents publicly held companies in commercial litigation matters.
Rob handles partnership disputes and dissolutions, employment matters, trade secret claims, contracts, non-competition/non-solicitation, and real estate disputes as well as banking practices issues.
He also represents builders and developers in a broad range of matters, including zoning and land use controversies, construction disputes, and tax valuation complaints.
Accomplishments
Rob has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer® in 2009, 2010, and every year from 2012-2025, as well as receiving special recognition in the corporate counsel category as a top attorney in Business Litigation.
Rob was recognized in 2020 by Super Lawyers® as one of the top 50 lawyers in Cleveland and one of the top 100 lawyers in the State of Ohio in Business Litigation.
He was previously recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer® Rising Star (for attorneys under 40) in 2005, 2006, and 2007.
