Mark is a trial and probate attorney with a decade of experience representing clients in state and federal courts in complex commercial litigation, business, inheritance, and real estate disputes.

He assists in a wide range of matters, including business, contracts, asset or business sales, inheritance disputes, insurance claims, US Trademark and Copyright office actions and applications, as well as customer, vendor, and invoice disputes.  Mark also aids clients with probate administration, probate or estate litigation, and estate planning.

In 2025, Mark was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Lawyer.
